The Lab is recruiting for two graduate positions:

  1. Machine learning & computational neuroscience: Students with a strong computational background (CS, Math, Physics, Engineering) are encouraged to apply for projects using advanced algorithms for decoding brain activity, and/or to explore how the properties/architecture of the brain can advance artificial intelligence.
  2. Functional neuroimaging: Students with strong experimental skills are encouraged to apply for projects using high-density electrophysiology and/or functional imaging to study how the brain generates models of the world to make decisions, and how this is disrupted in models of addiction and mental illness.

Prospective graduate students should send a CV and most recent transcripts. Prospective post-doctoral candidates are welcome to contact Dr. Gruber about funding opportunities.
